Working for the UK’s largest multimodal logistics company Eddie Stobart, MJ Patch & Co, along with local structural engineers JDL were tasked with supplying Mercedes-Benz Formula One team with a new light weight easy to assemble sub-frame for their new Motorhome. Working to a short contract we designed and manufactured the new aluminium sub-frame that can be assembled within 45 minutes which is a vast improvement on the previous timber sub-frame which took up 4 hours!
